Resumé

I’ve been an actor for over 40 years in New York, Boston and Los Angeles.

I will be appearing as The Friar in Titan Theatre Company’s ground-breaking ROMEO & JULIET in the fullness of time, my friend. Like you, I am hungry for some theatre.

I returned to the Estrogenius Festival after nearly a decade, appearing in a reading of Dana Leslie Goldstein’s UNDISCOVERED COUNTRY with the amazing Mary Catherine Wilson.

I also wrapped several roles in the supernatural detective podcast drama CITY OF GHOSTS.

Stage appearances include Scrooge (A CHRISTMAS CAROL), Claudius (HAMLET), Antonio (MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING and THE TEMPEST), Lord Stanley (RICHARD III), Sir Toby Belch (TWELFTH NIGHT), Gloucester (KING LEAR), Capulet (ROMEO & JULIET), Baptista (TAMING OF THE SHREW) and Fluellen (HENRY V) as a current Resident Company member of TITAN Theatre Company; Stephano in THE TEMPEST (The Gallery Players); Edgar (THE GOODBYE ROOM) for Happy Few Theatre; Ed Horowitz (DAUGHTERS OF THE SEXUAL REVOLUTION), Camillo (THE WINTER'S TALE), Dr. Watson (A REQUIEM FOR SHERLOCK HOLMES) at the WorkShop Theater; Polonius (HAMLET) for Hyperion Theatre Project in Milan, Italy; Henry Harry (BRILLIANT TRACES) for Winter House; Niels Bohr (CHAIN REACTION) and Deadmen (THE TOWN OF NO ONE) for Playsmiths in The FringeNYC; Dorn (THE SEAGULL) at Hudson Warehouse; Rick (I, CARPENTER) and Man (VIOLINS), a solo piece at Manhattan Theatre Source.

My film work includes appearing as Brian in Nancy Savoca's TRUE LOVE (which took Grand Prize at the Sundance Film Festival) and as Diggory Venn in the haunting short THE SHEOL EXPRESS on Amazon Prime.

I have assisted innumerable playwrights in the development of their plays in countless staged readings and workshops at venues as diverse as West Coast Ensemble, La Mama ETC, The Dramatists Guild and Ensemble Studio Theatre.

Besides being a member of the Resident Company of TITAN Theatre Company, I'm a co-founder of Playsmiths (a playwrights' workshop in New York and Los Angeles), a former Company Artist of the WorkShop Theater, and a former member of the Board at The Players (a social club founded by Edwin Booth on Gramercy Park).

I’m a proud member of Equity and SAG-AFTRA.
